When we use machine learning, we follow one of the following procedures: (i) we still involve a human in the process (so that it is not fully automated); or (ii) we use machine learning in ways that do not have significant privacy implications (for example, to reorder the display of apps when visiting the Syntralink.xyz App Market).
We may also use machine learning to help us monitor, identify, and suspend accounts that spread spam or engage in other abusive or fraudulent activities.
1. We will use the user's Personal Information only for the purposes indicated in Paragraph 3, where:

Syntralink.xyz does not control and is not responsible for the actions or privacy statements of Third-Party Developers; therefore, the User's use of any Third-Party Service is at their own risk. We recommend that Users review any privacy policies related to a Third-Party Service and seek any necessary clarifications from such Third-Party Service before deciding to install and/or use their services.
#InShort
We may share our Users' and Users of Users' Personal Information with various third parties, including certain service providers and law enforcement officials.
Personal Information may be shared only in compliance with this policy.
5.1 Syntralink.xyz processes data of individuals located around the world and may transfer the User's Personal Information outside of their country. The security, privacy, and confidentiality of our Users are our highest priority, and that is why Syntralink.xyz conducts a selection process that includes an evaluation of privacy laws in those countries, to ensure they have strong data protection laws.

5.3. When we transfer the Personal Information of Users residing in Europe, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a location outside of Europe, we ensure that (i) there is a level of protection deemed adequate by the European Commission or (ii) the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses are in place (i.e., the applicable form of the Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of June 4, 2021, available here, as well as the ICO’s International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses version B 1.0, in force since March 21, 2022, revised at Section 18 of the mandatory clauses).

Such contacts are then stored at Syntralink.xyz, on behalf of the User.
For these purposes, Syntralink.xyz acts as and will be considered a "Processor" of such Users of Users' Information and not a "Controller" (as both terms are defined in the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union ("GDPR") of such Users of Users' Information.

Any transfer to or processing in a third country outside the European Union that does not ensure an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission must occur within an approved transfer mechanism, as further specified in the DPA.
The User is responsible for the security, integrity, and authorized use of the Users of Users' Personal Information and for obtaining all consents and authorizations as well as communicating the rights of the data subjects and fair processing notices required for the collection and use of such Personal Information.
Syntralink.xyz cannot provide legal advice to Users or Users of Users, and therefore recommends that they publish and maintain clear and comprehensive privacy policies on their User Site, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and ensure that all Users of Users carefully review these policies and, to the extent required by applicable law, accept them.
For more information on how Syntralink.xyz manages the Personal Information of Users of Users (for example, regarding any specific communication to be provided to Users of Users and/or consent to be obtained from them), see the following Paragraphs 4, 11, and 12.
If you are a visitor, user, or customer of one of our Users, please read the following carefully: Syntralink.xyz has no direct relationship with the individual Users of Users whose Personal Information it processes. For example, if you want to access, rectify, amend, or delete inaccurate Personal Information being processed by Syntralink.xyz on behalf of our Users, please direct your request to the corresponding User (who is the "Controller" of such data). If Syntralink.xyz is requested by our Users to remove the Personal Information of Users of Users, we will respond to such requests promptly, subject to verification and in accordance with applicable law (for example, thirty (30) days under the GDPR). Unless otherwise specified by our User, we will retain the Personal Information of Users of Users for the period indicated in the following Paragraph 11.

We may also contact the User with service-related messages or content related to billing. The user will not be able to opt out of receiving these messages.
For Syntralink.xyz, it is imperative that every User can exercise control over their Personal Information. Therefore, depending on the use of the Syntralink.xyz Services, the User may have the right to request access, receive copies, update, modify, delete, transfer some of their Personal Information to another service, limit, or object to certain uses of their Personal Information (for example, for direct marketing purposes).
Moreover, when the User's consent is required for the processing of their Personal Information (for example, for direct marketing), the User can revoke their consent at any time, and such revocation will have immediate effect.
If one of these rights is exercised, Syntralink.xyz will not require a payment that exceeds the necessary and will continue to provide the same level of service.
Before fulfilling the request, we may ask the user for additional information to confirm their identity and for security reasons. We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law (e.g., in case of an unfounded or excessive request).
The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at any time, however, we invite them to contact us first to attempt a resolution.

After completing this procedure, it will no longer be possible to use the Syntralink.xyz Services, the User account and all related data will be permanently removed, and Syntralink.xyz will not be able to restore the account or recover its data in the future. If the user contacts our support channels in the future, the system will not recognize their account, and the support staff will not be able to locate the deleted account.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Information, or if you believe that we have not complied with this Privacy Policy or applicable data protection laws, we invite you to contact us: our contact details are provided at the end of this document.
Our data protection officer team will review your complaint and determine whether a violation has occurred and any actions to be taken, if applicable. We take every privacy complaint seriously and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and in accordance with applicable law.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at any time, however, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt an amicable resolution.

We may retain the user's Personal Information (as well as the Personal Information of Users of Users) for as long as the User Account is active, as indicated in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise necessary to provide our Services.
We may continue to store Personal Information even after deactivation of the User Account and/or cessation of use of any particular Service, to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes involving our Users or Users of Users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce signed contracts, and/or protect our legitimate interests.
In determining the appropriate retention period for Personal Information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of such data, the potential risks of unauthorized use or disclosure of the data, the purposes for which we process it, as well as the applicable legal requirements.
#InShort
We may retain the user's Personal Information for as long as their account is active and for as long as necessary (for example, we may need to keep it longer to fulfill a legal obligation or to protect our interests).
Syntralink.xyz has implemented security measures aimed at protecting the Personal Information that the user shares with us, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of our Services; the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as credit card numbers) through our dedicated purchase forms is protected by an industry-standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; we also maintain regular PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification. Furthermore, we periodically monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and are constantly seeking new methods and Third-Party Services to further enhance the security of our Services and the protection of the privacy of our Visitors and Users.
Despite the measures and efforts put in place by Syntralink.xyz, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of the user's Personal Information, the Personal Information of Users of Users, or any other data uploaded, published, or otherwise shared with Syntralink.xyz or anyone else. Therefore, we urge the user to set complex passwords for their User Account and User Site and to avoid providing us with sensitive Personal Information whose disclosure could result in substantial or irreparable harm.
Moreover, as some areas of our Services are less secure than others (for example, setting a "public" request instead of "private" in the support forum or navigating on a non-SSL page) and because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure forms of communication, we advise the user to refrain from sharing Personal Information in any of these areas or through any of these methods.
#InShort
Syntralink.xyz places great importance on the security of its customers' Personal Information and strives to the best of its ability to protect it.
However, as we cannot guarantee absolute protection, we urge the User to be cautious, set a complex password for their account, and avoid sending sensitive information that, if disclosed, could cause serious harm.
Our Services may contain links to other websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites and services. Therefore, we urge users to be cautious when leaving our Services and to review the privacy policies of each website and service they visit before providing their Personal Information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third-party sites and services accessible via links.
Our Services offer publicly accessible blogs, communities, and support forums. Users should be aware that any Personal Information they post in these areas can be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request the removal of your Personal Information from our blogs, communities, or forums, please contact us. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your Personal Information from these areas. For example, if you use a third-party application to post a comment (e.g., Facebook's social plugin application) while logged into your profile with that third party, you will need to log in to that same application or contact your provider if you want to remove the Personal Information that you posted on that platform.
In any case, we recommend not posting Personal Information (by any means) that you do not wish to make public.
Users who upload any content to their User Account, publish it on their User Site, and/or transmit it in any other way as part of using any of our Services, do so at their own risk and peril.
We have implemented appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Information. However, we cannot control the actions of other Users or members of the public who may access User Content, and we are not responsible for bypassing any privacy settings or security measures you or we have placed on the User Site (including, for example, password-protected areas on the User Site). Users acknowledge and agree that even after removal by you or us, copies of User Content may remain visible in cached and archived pages, or if third parties (including Users of Users) have copied or stored such User Content. For clarity, it is advised not to upload or publish information that you do not wish to be made public.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws and to reflect changes to our personal information collection, use, and storage practices.
Regarding any updates to the Privacy Policy, we will, as required by applicable law, inform the user, request their consent, and/or take any other necessary measures. We encourage users to periodically visit this page for updated information on our privacy practices. Unless otherwise indicated, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information we hold about the user and Users of Users, in relation to our Syntralink.xyz Site, Syntralink.xyz Apps, Mobile Apps, and other Services.
